PORTFOLIO Since our founding, PVP has invested in over 140 high technology companies in the US and Asia. Over 70 of these companies have completed a successful public offering or strategic sale. We invest in exceptional companies led by strong management teams that are addressing large or rapidly growing markets with differentiated technology and defensible business models. With a proven track record investing in the microelectronics industry, PVP looks for promising companies that can become dominant, profitable and sustainable businesses. We target investment opportunities in the US and Asia primarily within the semiconductor, electronics and software sectors that enable computing, communications and consumer end-market applications. In the US, we prefer to invest $3 to $5 million per round in early- and expansion-stage deals. Our scope is more broad in Asia, where we invest amounts from $2 to $20 million in seed- to late-stage deals, as well as in spin-outs and restructurings of public companies.
